We use TITANIUM to make our needle jets (nozzles). These nozzles were originally researched and developed  to ensure longevity and durability by Motorcyclecarbs.com, and tested with the cooperation of a hand full or Suzuki VL1500LC (Intruder) owners. The original TITANIUM answer to the  accelerated wearing of the Suzuki VL1500LC needle jets.*

We use GENUINE MIKUNI PILOT and MAIN JETS in these kits.

We use TITANIUM NOZZLES to ensure longevity and durability.

Jet Kits

• Jet kits are designed to provide maximum performance and fuel mileage in any configuration of:
  • Exhaust changes
  • Intake changes
  • Altitude

  • 2 Main jets.
  • 2 Pilot jets.
  • Jet needle shims as required.
  • 2 Replacement top cover air passage O-rings for your convenience. (They are easy to loose).

Nozzle Kits (Needle Jet) :

Suzuki VL1500 Intruder Needle Jet Replacement. These bikes start loosing mileage by up to 25% and the fix is new carb bodies as the Jet/Nozzle gets worn and is not available. We are making the replacement part and kit. The kit comes with (2) replacement nozzles, needles, jets, removal, and installation tools.

   2. Replacement Nozzles
• We have been asked to offer nozzles individually to previous customers for the purposes of:
  • Mis-installation
  • Wear (you should expect 30,000 out of these nozzles if you use the oringinal OEM needles.

2. We install it! Installation of the kit. If you want us to do the installation of the nozzle kit and re-jet your carburetors choose any of the following product and services:

1. NEVER use any needle other than OEM if you want to get the most life out of your needle jets.
2. Some customers occasionally email us about performance after installation of our Nozzle kits, or jet kits. To avoid further confusion check the following before calling.
